MSRDC - TENDER NOTICE

GRANT OF PERMISSION TO DISPLAY ADVERTISEMENTS ON THE KIOSK ON ELECTRIC POLES OF 7 FLYOVERS AND 2 SUBWAYS ON EASTERN EXPRESS HIGHWAY AND 2 FLYOVERS ON SION PANVEL HIGHWAY IN MUMBAI

Sealed offers are invited by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MSRDC) from interested agencies for granting permission to display advertisements on the kiosk on electric poles of Flyovers and Subways in Mumbai for five (5) years contract period as per the details given below:

Blank Offer document at the cost of Rs.5,000/- per copy can be obtained by the bidder in person or through its representative accompanying request letter on company letter head from the office of the Executive Engineer, Commercial Unit, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, Office Block-II, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office, Opp. Bandra Reclamation BEST Bus Depot, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400051 from 17/03/2008 to 16/04/2008 on all working days during office hours. (Tel No. 022 – 26400190, 26558175 Ext. 220)

Pre-bid meeting will be held in the MSRDC, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project Office at Bandra on 09/04/2008 at 15:00 hrs, which is open to all prospective bidders. The last date of submission of bids is 24/04/2008 till 15:00 hrs.

Validity of the offer will be for 90 (Ninety) days from the last date of receipt of offer. Thereafter it shall be treated as valid until the bidder withdraws it in writing or till the selection procedure is complete.

The payment for purchasing blank Offer Documents accompanied with request letter on company letterhead shall be made only in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank in favour of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd., payable at Mumbai. Under any circumstances no cash will be accepted.

Right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever is reserved with MSRDC.
