The blank tender form will be available during the period from 12/05/2008 to 02/06/2008 excluding holidays during office hours in the office of the executive Engineer, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd., Nepean Sea Road, Priyadarshani Park, Mumbai – 400 036 on payment of Rs.5000/- towards cost of blank tender form by DD in favour of “MSRDC Ltd., Mumbai” from Nationalised or Scheduled Bank (or ICICI, HDFC, AXIS Bank payable at Mumbai). |

The Bid Document consists three volumes, viz. Volume-I (Non-Variable Document), Volume-II (Variable Document) and Volume-III (Financial Bid). Only Volume-ii and Volume-III shall be issued by MSRDC on payment of cost of the Bid Document. The bidder shall purchase Volume-I (Non Variable Document) from authorized supplier at his own cost (ITB Para 2.1 of Volume-I). Qualification Criteria : |
|
| |
| a. |
The Consultant shall have at least 10 years experience in the field of project management consultancy of bridge / flyover project. |
| b. |
The Consultant shall have successfully completed in his own name at least one work of project management consultancy involving construction of bridge / flyover of minimum viaduct length of 200 meters, during the last five years prior to the date of submission of Bid. |
| c. |
Joint venture shall not be allowed. |

| 5) |
The tender forms duly filled in, will be received 10/06/2008 at MSRDC, Bandra Worli Sea Link Project Office, K.C.Marg, Opp.Bandra Reclamation Bus Deport, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400 050 up to 15.00 hrs, and will be opened at 16.00 hrs., on the same day, if possible. |

Bid validity period is 120 days from the date of receipt of bids. |
|
| 7) |
Bid document shall not be send / received by post / courier. |
|
| 8) |
The MSRDC reserves the right to accept or reject any / all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. |
